Update on City of Toronto homelessness services

In response to media queries about a medical emergency at Moss Park yesterday, we can confirm that City staff called 911, Paramedics attended, treated and transported a client to hospital.

Warming Centre services at Regent Park Community Centre remain available until further notice.

City staff are continuously monitoring winter respite drop-in and warming centre usage to manage occupancy levels to ensure there is sufficient safe capacity to provide warm places for all who ask for them, which was the case last night.
