Town Hall Meeting
On Thursday May 24 th, at 7:00 p.m., I will be hosting a Town Hall meeting with Police Chief Bill Blair and Unit Commanders from 11, 12 & 13 Divisions, to discuss community safety. The meeting will be held in the main lounge of the Joseph J. Piccininni Community Centre, at 1369 St. Clair Avenue West (west of Lansdowne Avenue).
Toronto Police statistics indicate that our area is among the safest in the City, but I believe much more needs to be done to address the incidents of crime that still occur in our neighbourhoods.
This is a great opportunity to hear from Chief Blair and to voice your safety concerns directly to him and the local Division Commanders. The Forum begins at 7:00 p.m., followed by a question and answer period from 7:30 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. I look forward to seeing you at the Forum on May 24th.
