Forecast as of 3:30 pm:
Cloud breaking this afternoon and evening then fine overnight with skies clearing. Air and road temperatures will fall near or just below freezing towards dawn into early Saturday. Sunshine early Saturday but cloud will steadily increase and thicken to bring rain from the south-west Saturday evening and into the night, heavy at times second half of the night into Sunday morning. Rain should clear eastwards around the middle of Sunday afternoon. An icy night will follow (air and surface temperatures dropping below zero Sunday evening and well below by Monday morning).

Consumer Alert: OEB Warns Consumers of a Possible Scam

Toronto, ON – The Ontario Energy Board (OEB) is alerting Ontarians to a possible telephone scam. The OEB has received reports that individuals, claiming to be affiliated with the Ontario Electricity Support Program (OESP), were calling to request access
into consumers’ homes. In two incidents last week, residents were contacted about the OESP, and notified that a home inspection was a condition of the program.

Snow Clearing Updates – Dec 6, 2015 – 5:15 pm

Current Weather Conditions:
Low cloud will continue to lift this afternoon but this evening and overnight there will be low cloud and fog patches developing again from mid to late evening onwards. There is potential for road temperatures to drop below zero, which along with high moisture levels means that there is a risk of frost. Once again, fog will thin and low cloud will lift through Monday.

Fair weather with mainly clear skies will continue for the remainder of today and through to early Thursday morning, but clouds will be increasing quickly into Thursday morning as a new system approaches. Seasonal temperatures are expected for today and tomorrow but milder air moves in for the remainder of the work week.
