I hope that you and your family are in good health and enjoying the beautiful fall colours. In keeping with my commitment to update you on events at City Hall and in the community, I am pleased to provide you with this Fall/Winter Report, which I hope that you will find informative and helpful.

Many interesting local projects have been, or are nearing completion in Ward 17. It has also been a busy fall at City Hall. I’ve been busy spearheading renovations at our local institutions including major upgrades to our local parks, two of our local libraries and the JJP Community Centre. I’ve also been busy leading campaigns at City Hall including fighting tax and fee increases and pushing to make the TTC an essential service. Most of all however I continue to work with community leaders toward a Ward 17 that we are constantly pushing to be cleaner, greener, safer and economically and socially healthier than ever before.

I hope you will take the time to report any illegal garbage dumping, potholes or other municipal concerns to my office, so that I can have the problems resolved. With so much more to do, I look forward to continuing to serve you. As always, I am only a phone call or email away.
